Information - Registration Desk
The Registration Desk is located in the « Foyer » (catering area).
The Conference Secretariat will be pleased to provide you with the following services:
- General Conference information
- Your Conference registration
- Tourist information
The Secretariat operates according to the following schedule:
Thursday, 6 November, 2014: 1.00 pm - 06.00 pm
Friday, 7 November, 2014: 08.00 am – 06.15 pm
Saturday, 8 November, 2014: 08.00 am – 04.30 pm
The Conference Message Board is situated next to the registration Desk. Scientific sessions, last minute changes, and personal announcements will be posted here on the daily basis.
You can connect to the wireless network at the following locations (ground floor and 2nd floor):
Foyer (Catering area) - ground floor
Salle Villette: Working room - ground floor
Auditorium - 2nd floor
The rooms for parallel sessions are not equipped with wifi.
All participants are required to wear the personal name badge at all times. It provides access to the Conference Venue, which in turn encompasses the scientific sessions, the publishers’ exhibition, lunches, coffee breaks and all social events.
You are kindly requested to report the loss of your badge to the Information and Registration desk immediately.
Coffee Breaks and Lunches
Coffee Breaks will be served in the Catering Area. Please see the Program Overview for the daily Coffee Break schedule.
Lunches will be served in the Catering Area, see map, for the duration of the Congress. Please see the Program Overview for the daily Lunch schedule.
There is no specific medical assistance for the Conference.
The Conference organisers recommend that you call SOS Medecins should you need general medical assistance (Phone: +33 4 42 26 24 00 or 3624)
Room Allocation and Prestation Facilities
All of the rooms allocated for the scientific sessions are equipped with computers and overhead projectors. Photocopying facilities are not available.
